Holiday rentals with a kayak in Hebrides

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is really well equipped and Mark was very helpful and friendly, responding quickly to any requests.

Fiona's house is really beautiful, we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. The large hall was brilliant for all our walking gear and coats and jackets as there was lots of snow during our stay as was the pulley and clothes horse. The kitchen was really well equipped and given the very cold temperatures the house was really cosy and warm, the fire in the lounge was great. She has even arranged to have the path cleared of snow for us arriving. We had a great stay and was perfect for our group.

Great house in a beautiful location. The size of the rooms was perfect for our group. The hot tub was ready for us arriving and the fridge was generously stocked with complimentary drinks! The hosts were very prompt and helpful with their responses to our messages. Thank you for a great weekend!

I decided to go on a road trip to celebrate my birthday, and staying at this Airbnb was definitely one of the best decisions we made. The photos don't show how incredible this place is, and it's much better than expected. I hope to go back there soon. John is a wonderful Airbnb host. So helpful and communicative. He met us on arrival and showed us anything we might need. The house is superb, well equipped, comfortable and spacious. The view is spectacular! So stunning. We were lucky to have nice fine weather so got the benefit of the sunshine in the afternoon and evening until the fantastic sunset scene. I have run out of superlatives. We stayed 2 nights. Nearby restaurants are aplenty and we went to the Red Door - amazing food - on our first night and Sherpa in Buncrana also great food. We went to Wild Ireland wildlife park which is a really wonderful experience. There’s so much to do in the area. We really hope to come back soon.

Stunning home but the views are the main attraction! Brenda helped me have the most stunning small family wedding and the photos I have are gorgeous. My family loved each of their rooms they are really modern and the beds nice and firm. Thank you Brenda!

An astounding property in a fabulous location with wonderful views. Very comfortable and spacious rooms which made our stay relaxing from the moment we arrived. Would love to return for another visit and definitely recommend to friends who are looking for something a bit special.

We had a great stay in this lovely property. We were provided with everything we could ever need for our short stay. Lovely homely decor, a large sunny enclosed garden (which was great for our dog). comfy couches and beds and a lovely welcome pack. This is probably the nicest Airbnb I've ever stayed in and we would definitely book again. The wood fired hot tub was also a massive bonus as was the wood burning fire in the lounge. Amy was really responsive to any communications and was a great host.

What can I say, the best Airbnb we have stayed at to date! This place is perfect, you are in the middle of fields, with lambs everywhere, your own private loch that has kayaks available to use (great fun!), a secure garden to let the dogs roam freely. The house itself is bigger than the images seem, we had plenty of space for four adults, a toddler and three dogs. They provided a cot and high chair which is a great help. There’s a huge boot room which is great to throw off your coat and walking boots, and give the dogs a towel dry after a walk. Beds were perfectly comfortable, a cosy log fire, plenty of hot water in the showers, what more could you ask for! The house felt more like a home than a rental and we are already planning our next trip. The hosts were friendly and available for any questions you may have. My daughter didn’t want to come inside, she was obsessed with the sheep and being in the garden! only issue was signal for the firestick/ phones was poor but not an issue.

This was the most incredibly beautiful property in a stunning location. Pier Cottage is so private and peaceful with views over Loch Striven where you can sit and relax whilst watching the array of wildlife around you or take the kayak out on the loch. The cottage was extremely comfortable and well appointment with everything you would need for you stay. If you are looking for somewhere to unplug from the world and completely relax - this is the ideal place.

I have zero things I could find fault with. We had great weather, everything in the kitchen was provided in order to cook for ourselves, the hot tub in that location was heaven on earth, and Mairead was very responsible and clear with any communications we had. Would absolutely stay here again if it was available - a dream weekend in the country and a great base to explore Donegal.

Nothing short of amazing! A nature lover’s paradise (even with the Scottish weather). Got dry weather for an hour one morning haha so had a lovely breakfast in the garden. Met two tiny (literally newborn) lambs in the field next to us! All wobbly on their feet. So cute!! Friendly hosts, very clean and well decorated.

A fantastic place to relax and enjoy the lake, farm, and stunning scenery with complete privacy. Jonathan was incredibly friendly and informative, making our stay even more enjoyable. Will visit again..

A beautiful charming, little cottage in a stunning location. Sam's directions were spot on and he was extremely friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time, the hot tub was great and the chickens, Babs and Marge were adorable. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic time at the Wren, beautiful views, my cockerpoo Marley thought he was in heaven, having breakfast on the patio with views over the lake was bliss, lovely walks, would definitely go back next year👍👍👍

Stunning lodge, big private garden and beautiful, quiet surroundings. Easy check in and check out too. Host is helpful and responsive. 10/10 stay!

We had a wonderful time at Joan's place in Lochcarron. The view of the loch and mountains is stunning. We really felt at home and we were very fortunate to be able to spend so much time on the deck, as we had some great weather. The sauna was an added bonus. Joan was also a great host. We would highly recommend.

Catherine was a big help for a last minute booking that I needed. Communicated quickly and answered any questions that I had. Property was as described and was immaculate, would highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Pictures do not do this place justice, easily one of the nicest if not the nicest AirBnb I’ve ever stayed in. Great amenities for 4 adults and a big big hot tub! It was so peaceful being able to look out of the windows / decking and watch the wildlife too. Can’t wait to revisit, thankyou!

We loved our stay at Isabelle’s cabin. The cabin itself was beautiful, the location was perfect for exploring Sligo and Isabelle and Eoin were so helpful. Would absolutely recommend!

Great place for a quiet weekend getaway. Such a beautiful outlook from the front of the cabin, across the loch to coral beach. Well worth a visit for anyone who wants to visit Skye without having to break the bank! Host was very friendly and welcomed us on arrival! Would 100% recommend and would visit again.

My wife and two young daughters and I had a wonderful, peaceful and soul filling long weekend here. Beautiful surroundings, only half an hour from home but felt like a whole different world. Peaceful cozy cabin, perfect for the kids with all the swings, open space to explore and the fenced in garden. We had a wonderful time and came home after an incredible adventure, would highly recommend. Only thing needing a little love is the shower set up. Great for rinsing the kids, took me right back to staying at my Grans place which I loved, but my American wife had never seen anything like it before. Made it even funnier for me to be honest! We loved it, thanks for having us.

Myself and my family had a wonderful time at Charlottes place. It was in a great location with a lovely view over the lake and the cabin itself was extremely well equipped with everything you would need to enjoy your stay. We enjoyed exploring the area, lots to see and do, Kirkby Lonsdale was our favourite but plenty to come back for. Charlotte was a great host, responding to questions very quickly. We hope to return to this area of the country at some point in the future and would love to stay and Charlottes place.
