It is a self-contained 1st floor studio, adjacent to the hosts property, surrounded by sheep, donkeys, dogs, chickens, a pony and large African tortoise. The opportunity to feed the lambs during springtime can be arranged. *Guests are welcome to use the family pool during the summer months (June-September) as well as sauna, gym and onsite yoga classes (arranged after booking).

Enchanted Mill and pond house
Two beautiful buildings in a secret valley. The Mill sleeps 8 and is spacious, with a wood-burner and huge kitchen/living room. The pond house sleeps 5. It has an outside shower, wood-burning stove and lovely deck. These properties are perfect for people who love peace and the outdoors and cooking. Not for those with low-slung cars, or who need matching crockery! Electric car charging facilities. Option for private pizza evenings, +/or Fri dinner to heat up, or home-baked sourdough loaves etc.

The North Transept
The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

Secluded Lodge with private garden & new Hot Tub
Hawthorn Lodge is close to some of the most beautiful walks in Wiltshire, with access direct from the door, as it is situated at the foot of historic Roundway Hill. The lodge has recently been fitted out, and all fittings are new, and of a high quality. Perfect for pets, as the lodge is set in it's own secure garden. New large hot tub, which is accessed direct from the bedroom, and is emptied, cleaned, refilled and heated before arrival of every guest. Very quiet private rural setting.
