The house is from the late 1800s with a lot of charm. The house has two floors with a kitchen and two dining areas as well as a large living room. 3 bedrooms, one of which has a sofa bed. The house has a large plot of land with lovely greenery in spring and summer. Terrace on two levels with dining area and lounge sofa facing south. Trampoline, swing and sandbox on the property.

The small stable that is from the 1600s has been converted into a small guest apartment. There is no running water here, but there is an old-fashioned charming little kitchen with modern equipment. The toilet consists of a modern incineration toilet. A shower with hot water is available in an adjacent building. The farm is located in a quiet ancient village surrounded by forest and arable land, but with idyllic Mariefred and Gripsholm Castle around the corner. On the farm, you get along with dogs, cats, chickens and beehives.

Welcome to our cottage with a unique location on a lake plot in cozy Gladö Kvarn. We are surrounded by large nature reserves, but only 10 minutes by car, 20 minutes by bus to Huddinge C. Large terrace with lake views. Private seating by the lake. The house has a living room, kitchen, sleeping loft, shower, washing machine. Towels and sheets are available and included in the price. 500 meters to the bus that goes to Huddinge C and commuter train into Stockholm C, 15 minutes.

A simple little house where you can sleep and prepare basic meals while enjoying everything that Mariefred has to offer. The house is only 15 sqm, so it’s small but cozy. There is a bed that is 140 cm wide, a small writing desk with a chair, and a small table with two stools. There is a TV with Netflix, Telia Play, and Disney+. There is also a small kitchenette with two hotplates and a portable fan. Parking is available on the street outside or elsewhere nearby.
