This is a rare opportunity to stay in a traditional Miller's House located on the same property as an authentic 1632 Dutch Windmill. This beautiful cabin offers privacy, nature and canals on both sides, yet is only 1.5 miles (2.4km) from town and a 40 minute train ride to Amsterdam. This cabin was hand built with love & care and it is a pleasure to share it with guests from all around the world. As the Miller of this windmill, I enjoy giving my guests a complimentary tour whenever possible.

You enter the studio through the stairs. Here you will find a cozy modern atmosphere. You are completely private in the apartment. Behind the apartment you have your own private terrace with 2 chairs and a table. At the water you find two relaxchairs. You can park your car at the mill. Bicycles can be put under the carport.

The towns of Hoorn and Enkhuizen have terraces and eateries. With beautiful cycling and hiking routes in the area. Nice terraces and eateries. Kitesurfing spot 10 minutes' drive away. Keukenhof 55 minutes by car. 3 minutes by car golf course Westwoud. New!! Porch with stove view on the garden and meadows. Entirely private!

Stolpboerderij Het Span: a wonderful apartment!

On Het Span it is delicious! You look over the lands to the dunes and the mill. You will have an own parking space and an own garden garden space. We did everything we could to keep the view of the sunset as much as possible. The apartment is suitable for four people and we like it when you come with children. They will love sleeping in the bed and playing in the playhouse.
