The holiday apartment is located in a 120-year-old brick carriage house. It offers an unobstructed view to the south, across the Havelland. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen–diner with a sofa bed, a terrace, and a private garden. On the first floor, you will find the bedroom, a balcony with panoramic views, and the bathroom with a welcoming shower. Floor area (excluding outdoor facilities): 40 m². Bedding and towels are included. The adjoining loft (45 m²) can also be rented. Three additional persons can be accommodated there.

In Schweinrich, on Lake Dranser, which is closed to motorboats, lies the romantic holiday home 'Landlust', with its idyllic, large garden, 100 metres from the bathing area. Boathouse with its own jetty. Canoes, kayaks and a sailing dinghy (sailing experience required) can be hired. In January 2021, a large part was forested with about 9,000 young deciduous trees and fenced with a game fence.

You have your own garden area, a terrace by the house and direct access to our spacious lounge. Unfortunately, the accommodation is NOT suitable for a stay with children!
