Dit ruim en zeer lichtrijk appartement met zijn mooie wijdse vergezichten geeft je beneden,bij de lift, gelijk toegang tot het strand en de wandelboulevard. Daarnaast ligt het appartement overal dichtbij ( restaurants , winkels, grote supermarkt, bakkerij, tram etc) en is het zeer smaakvol en gezellig ingericht.
