In the middle of streams, biotopes and meadows with old trees, there is a quietly located and modernly restored mill estate in the Bauhaus style near the city. The light-flooded 90 m² living area borders a large roof terrace, which provides a magnificent view and invites you to relax. The spacious, stylish apartment is located in the green south and offers a beautiful starting point to explore the Weser Uplands. Bicycles/motorcycles/cars can be accommodated in the garage. It is a 10-minute walk to the old town. Renovated and high-quality furnishings, the apartment offers one/two bedrooms (depending on the number of people booked or by arrangement!!!)kitchen with dining area, living room and balcony. TV only via free online media library or your own accounts (Netflix/Amazon/etc).

Cozy in the Weserbergland

Cozy and quiet apartment with rustic-modern charm, in a historic half-timbered house. Non-smoking, but vaping and e-cigarettes are allowed. Smoking area at the entrance. Wind- and rain-protected entrance area, with storage space for sports equipment and wet clothing. Pets allowed. The apartment is not accessible for the disabled and there are some small steps, as well as a staircase. The ceiling height in the kitchen and in one of the two bedrooms corresponds to an old half-timbered house.

Small break: fireplace + rest + yoga + hiking

Our detached wooden house "Kleine Auszeit" is located in beautiful nature in the Extertal vacation park directly by the forest and was completely renovated by us with a lot of love for detail in our own work in the Nordic style. An extensively equipped kitchen, fireplace, bed linens/towels included, 2 beautiful terraces with garden furniture, barbecue and views leave nothing to be desired and invite you to cook and relax together. The hiking trails are very close.

Modernized old building 3-room apartment

Bright beautiful apartment in Rintelns best location! The apartment was modernized in 2022 and furnished with a new kitchen and furniture. In the immediate vicinity is the train station, various supermarkets and clothing stores, as well as bakeries and pharmacies. Due to its location, you can reach the most important sights in Rinteln in just a few minutes, either on foot or by car. There are several restaurants, cafes and bars in the old town of Rinteln.

Temporary living happiness

You will find everything you need for a relaxing stay. The apartment has direct access to the terrace and the beautiful garden, which is available together with us owners. The apartment has its own entrance. It is a non-smoking apartment. Schlosspark Bückeburg is only 3 km away. Sorry, pets are not allowed because of the garden pond. In addition, two friendly miniature poodles belong to our household, which also use the common garden.

My mono Teuto

NEW: Right next to "Mono" is another house, "Nest in the Forest." You can also visit. Or both… “Mono” is a trailer that was converted decades ago. In the course of a complete renovation, it received a timber frame skeleton all around in 2020 (new roof, new insulation, etc.) and thus a first floor. Size: 3.20 by 13 meters. It is called "Mono" because its exterior, like every room inside, is mainly determined by one color.

Das Appartement besteht aus Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Bad. Im Schlafzimmer steht ein Doppelbett, im Wohnzimmer eine ausziehbare Couch (1,20 m Liegebreite). Es ist hochwertig möbliert und mit komfortablem Korkboden ausgelegt. Im Sommer ist Gartennutzung möglich, es gibt einen Parkplatz und Unterstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder. Wir wohnen dörflich, die A2 kann mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten erreicht werden.

Our tiny house has a tree house character due to the elevated location and the immediately adjacent trees and is magically located on the edge of the forest.

I am furnished so that you can find relaxation and well-being. Through my large window front you can look into the countryside... onto a large meadow, trees and bushes. I've been around for 50 years… even though tiny houses are all the rage right now, I've been around a long time… but I've recently been renovated and look forward to welcoming interesting guests!
