The amazing garden even has its own wooded valley descending to the sea and direct access to the coastal path.

There is a woodburner, juliette balcony overlooking trees and beyond, distant sea view from the kitchen. Guests have use of the 2 acre garden and gas BBQ. It's a glorious rural retreat, perfectly situated just off the famous Helford River, between the popular villages of Port Navas and Mawnan Smith. The bustling seaside town of Falmouth is a 15 minute drive away. It's a great location for a range of activities - from country walks, kayaking, windsurfing, surfing, sailing, beaching, golf, spa days, or simply relaxing. The perfect getaway!

Springmoor, a newly designed, spacious, hi spec annexe, was originally designed for my brother who suffered from MND. It is fully accessible. It's a bright and sunny space, in a delightfully tranquil area. Our southeast-facing verandah is an ideal spot on sunny mornings for breakfast and relaxing. The location is ideal for Helford River, Falmouth town and beaches. Walking from here, you can reach part of Port Navas Creek within 20 minutes and further on to the coast path and coves.

There are many lovely spots to enjoy the rural idyll; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced gardens with barbecue and fire pit for stargazing.

You can walk out of the front door & up to Hella Point or you can go straight down to the beach. Lands End, Sennen, Minack Theatre, & Porthcurno are all a short walk away. Secret beaches plus lots of wild birds & sea life incl. seals. A very special place. WiFi is good & stable as switched to Starlink.

Whether you like to walk the coast path, explore the beautiful sub-tropical gardens of Cornwall or take a stroll on a beach there’s something here for everyone. We have 11 acres of garden to share with you; a serene lake where you can sit and read a book, chickens to feed and a fire-pit where you can toast marshmallows before you snuggle down in front of your wood-burner.
