Don't expect sunshine every day - nature is weather, and you have to adapt to it! Go hiking from fjord to mountain, enjoy the vertical landscape and end the day with a refreshing swim in Huldrekulpen.

Jølet- Elvedrømmen

Jølet! Imagine lying suspended above the ground on a bed of rushing water with stars in your eyes! That's exactly what you can experience in Jølet, the cabin that is specially designed to give an optimal feeling of closeness to nature. On the edge of a "jøl" (a type of riverbank), created by the river's thousand-year effort to reach the fjord, the cabin partially floats in the terrain. Situated completely by itself without close neighbors, but overlooking the cultural landscape and village, this is a perfect place for both relaxation and activity.

Cabin in the orchard "Borghildbu"

In this place you live at the top of the orchard at the farm Påldtun. Here you can enjoy a nice view of fjords and mountains. There is a short distance to the jetty. Here you can rent a boat and sauna or take a morning swim. You will experience life in the village with grazing animals and work that takes place in the season. When you stay in our orchard you are free to pick and eat the fruit that is on the farm. Short distance to Sandane city center. We accept bookings for mountain trips/fishing trips in our local area. The cabin has a mini kitchen, fridge and microwave. No dishwasher or oven. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Living room with lounge group, dining table and a cozy fireplace. Covered veranda. Boat is available in the summer months. The cabin is located 40 km from Sogndal, about 30 km from Sogndal ski center, Hodlekve. A local Joker store is only 3 km from the cabin.

Amazing view by the lake

This comfortable cabin are located in the beautiful village Kandal in Gloppen, Sogn og Fjordane. If you are looking for something special, this will be the perfect place. Here you are surrounded by high mountains, a lake, rivers and waterfalls. The area are good for trout fishing, and it's possible for the guests to rent a boat during the summer. If you like hiking, there are many great routs in the area. If you just are looking for silence and beautiful scenery, just sit down and enjoy!

Helle Gard - Cozy cabin - fjord and glacier view

The cabin is situated on a farm at Helle in Sunnfjord, in a beautiful scenery at Førdefjorden. It has an amazing view to the fjord and the majestic snow top mountain with a glacier. It lies close to the fjord and a small beach. Perfect place for hiking, fishing and relaxation in a rural retreat. Nearest supermarked is in Naustdal, 12 km from the cabin, and local cafe/shop is 10 min away. Free WiFi in the cabin. Motorboat for rent (summer season). Self service farm shop with fresh eggs!

Høyseth Camping, Cabin #6

Høyseth is a hidden gem located in the far end of Stardalen valley at the gateway to Jostadal glacier national park. Rent one of our simple and charming cabins that sleep 2-6 persons, put up your tent or park your caravan in the heart of West-Norwegian nature. The camping is an excellent starting point for hiking trips to Haugabreen glacier, Oldeskaret and Briksdalen during summer and Snønipa(1827m) for back country skiing in winter and spring.
