It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

The house can accommodate 5 people (+ baby) but has 2 bedrooms. Therefore perfect for a family with 3 children or 2 couples. The 1st room is on the ground floor where there is a bunk bed (140 + 90 cm) the 2nd bedroom is on the loft and has a double bed. There is room for a camping bed. With more people? The water is also connected to the Haringvliet and the HD. The house is centrally located for a day at Grevelingenstrand (5 min.) or the Noorzeestrand (20 min.). Cozy towns in Zeeland are also not far away. The city of Rotterdam, popular with tourists, is only 25 minutes away by car.

De verschillende en natuurlijke materialen geven het huisje een gezellige strandsfeer en een echt vakantiegevoel. Boven is de slaapkamer heel gezellig door het steigerhouten plafond. Achter het bed is een klein raam met uitzicht op de tuin en landerijen. Dit geeft meteen bij het wakker worden al een vakantiegevoel!

In our backyard we have a charming guest house. You have your own place for a maximum of two people. The only thing we share is the garden. It offers an unique stay close to the river Rotte and two large parks, the Kralingse Bos and the Lage Bergse Bos. There are two bikes you can use for free. When you come by car, in this part of the city you can park for free as well.
