You will have a great time at this comfortable, partially newly-renovated apartment with its own entrance on the upper floor of the villa. Two rooms, spacious hall and private bathroom and kitchen with smaller dining area. The kitchen is equipped for simple cooking as well as coffee and tea. One bedroom with double bed (160x200) and living room with sofa bed with two additional beds (145x195). Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. Smart TV with access to, among other things, Netflix and Viaplay. Parking is available on the street next to the house. Quiet location in a residential area.

Here at Tågaborg, you live close to Pålsjö forest, the sea and the city center. Restaurants, grocery stores and public transport close by. Possibility to park car for free outside on the street. A traditional pastry shop on the ground floor that is open six days a week. The apartment has a large balcony in all directions with sun from morning to night. Washing machine, bathtub and kitchen with everything that may be needed for cooking. Excellent wardrobe storage. Cleaning fee for each trip and company of SEK 400 will be added to the cost.

Three bedrooms with comfortable beds inwards an oasis to the garden, open plan living/kitchen facing the street. Coop/bakery around the corner, 50 m t park (Kärnan), 450 m t pedestrian street, 500m t Olympia, 1000 m t Helsingborgs C (boat, train, bus), 950 m t beach/bath. Free parking is available on the surrounding streets. A perfect holiday apartment in a wonderful city with a wide range of restaurants, swimming opportunities and nature.
