Pleasant and bright studio, completely renovated, located in a privileged area of Roubaix, a short walk from the Roubaix Factory. This is an outbuilding of our house, with a separate entrance. It has all the necessary amenities as well as a terrace and easy parking. Public transport is a few meters from the studio, allowing you to reach the center or Lille, Villeneuve d'Ascq... A Netflix account is available for your use.
