Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. There is, among other things, a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eatery Giovanni Midwoud that also delivers. A motorboat is available for a fee. Welkom bij Bed & Breakfast ‘De Fruitige Tuin’ van Paul en Corry Hienkens. De B&B ligt in Blokker: een klein dorpje in de provincie Noord-Holland, gelegen nabij de historische havensteden Hoorn en Enkhuizen. Achter onze woning (voormalig boerderijtje uit 1834)bevindt zich de B&B: een vrijstaande chalet (een hoge lichte ruimte) gelegen aan de rand van de royale tuin. Het gastenverblijf ligt achter op het erf helemaal privé met uitzicht op de tuin. Het heeft een eigen privé terras met grote loungebank en is omheind met een hekje. Het is nieuw en van alle gemakken voorzien, mooie keuken met apparatuur. Slaapkamer met 2 persoons boxspring. Mooie badkamer met douche en dubbele wasbakken. Zwaag ligt in West-Friesland, een mooie omgeving om te fietsen met vele uitvalswegen. Hoorn heeft een mooie oude kern en gezellige haven. Er is een prachtig strand en horeca.

A unique overnight stay, just on the farm!

Be welcome for a wonderfully relaxing stay on the farm! You will stay in the oldest building of the yard; the haystack. Do you or your children really want to experience farm life? Feel free to take a look and get to know the love between humans and animals. But you have also come to the right place for a relaxing stay. Enjoy the beautiful view that extends to the Markermeer, make use of the reading material or take a seat on your terrace where the cows pass you.

Deck and wheelhouse in Hoorn (parking)

The deck-house and wheelhouse in the back of a former sailing cargo-ship van 1888 is transformed into a small apartment . The rest of the boat is a shop with sailing / marine equipment and a bunker station. The entrance is due to the age of the ship a small steep stair, keep that in mind. The surrounding is a lively harbor with sail-ships and cruise-ships. There is a parking available for €5 - a night very closeby. So enjoy the sound and movements of the water!

Këram cottage in an authentic idyllic neighborhood in Grootebroek. The cottage with a surface of 36 square meters consists of entrance, living room including kitchen, shower room with toilet and bath and hallway with narrow stairs to the bedroom. The garden was redesigned in November 2022, there are various seats also on wide water. Your car can be parked on the quiet parking lot 150 meters from the house.

Less than 9 minutes' walking distance from the city center of Hoorn, you will find our fully renovated Huysje aan de Laan. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a modern kitchenette with cooking utensils, sitting area with television, double bed and bathroom. A little outside and private parking space; all in the deal. A camping bed and/or the sofa bed can be used on request.

Our newly remodeled house is in the heart of the ancient city of Enkhuizen. It is 70 m2 with two bedrooms, a large living room, fully equipped kitchen and a small deck terrace with a beautiful view. The house is very close to the train station, and only a few minutes walk to some of the best restaurants and sailboat viewing in town. It is perfect for a long stay or a short holiday!
