Charming character cottage - 2 bedrooms

Charming cosy character cottage tastefully renovated and opened to our first guests in March 2018. Located within a 2 minute walk from the centre of Melbourne, a beautiful georgian market town with a fabulous selection of pubs, restaurants & shops. It has an open plan kitchen, living room with log burner, 2 bedrooms (1 with a king size bed and 1 with a double bed) and a shower room (no bath). Outside there is a shared backyard and to the front of the property there is a shared picnic area.

Stunning wooden cabin in the heart of the countryside. The cabin has a 7 seater hot tub attached to it with a thatched gazebo over it. It is very chic, has a king sized bed, fully equipped kitchenette with air fryer, fridge, microwave, hob etc. Fluffy bathrobes and slippers. Shower, wc, sink in the en-suite complete with hotel style accessories. Dartboard, WiFi, Amazon stick in tv . Luxury bar stools under the breakfast bar and 2 seater sofa. Outdoor decking area overlooking garden.

Easily accessible from from the M1, M/A42, or A50, and close by to East Midlands Airport and Donington Park race track. Only a minutes walk to the Village centre and a choice of restaurants, bars and pubs. This cosy cottage has all that you might need to have a lovely break. We live nearby, and will be on hand to help with anything you may need.
