The 3 luxurious bathrooms ensure that there is plenty of space for everyone, and the energy-saving air-to-water heat pump ensures comfortable temperatures throughout the house. The house has four bedrooms, three of which are furnished with double beds and one with two single beds. There are 2 additional sleeping places in the attic (loft) and a separate alcove in the lower area where you can stretch out and sleep – there is enough space for everyone. The beautifully furnished rooms have comfortable beds that guarantee a restful night's sleep. The 40 square meter living/dining area is the ideal place to gather and enjoy meals together. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms + shower in the pool area. In addition, there is a large and bright living room with an integrated kitchen area.

The house was built in 2023 and heated with an economical heat pump, which means low consumption costs for you as a tenant. There's underfloor heating all over the house.

Cleaning fee includes linen package with bed linen (made up on arrival as in pictures), towels, bathrobe as well as dish towels and hand soap.
