A short drive to the beaches of Bantham, Hope Cove and South Milton, close to the colourful coastal towns of Salcombe, Dartmouth and Totnes with their cafes, restaurants and pubs.

The Granary, which is set upon a local bridle path is walking distance of the local pub and dogs are very welcome here. cosy nights by the wood burner or sipping wine by the fire pit after a long, lazy day at the near by beaches.
