Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Henfield

We had a great stay. The house is fantastic and right on the beach with a beach cafe just 100 metres away. James was really responsive and helpful.

It was my first time using Air b&b and the hosts made it such an easy experience. Lovely house for our whistle stop tour.

Our stay at Tamsin’s place was lovely! The house is everything you need and at a great distance from the center without being in the middle of busy streets. Perfect for a family. The pubs and park close by were big hits :)

great house just by the beach in Selsey. big enough to comfortable fit 2 families (we were 4 adults, 4 kids and the house was perfect for us). the house was clean and Rosie left so.e basic supplies for us (milk, bread, sweets) which was lovely. the grades is big, and nicely done, the house has everything you need for a weekend or even a week. the house is located approx 10 min walk to a pub, ans town is walkable distance as well. thank you Rosie!

The hosts were great, really appreciate them readying the pool for us early in the year. very friendly and gave good recommendations for the area, and told us how to get onto the local footpaths and trails, couldn't be happier.

We planned 2 nights at the Oast House for an adult family gathering of 8. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience, everyone was happy. Loved the two circular bedrooms upstairs as something different. A staycation just 25 minutes from home ,yet it felt much furher away. Just the tonic to be in the countryside and away from it all. Roni alllowed us a tour of her private stunning garden and we were visited by a couple of friendly chickens,all added to it.

A beautifully presented flat, with some high spec features especially appreciated the water/ice machine over the weekend with the warm weather. Felt more like a home!

Joanna was a very excellent Host. put my partner and us at ease. very chatty aminable and very kind helpful at all times. she provided great warm to our stay, wonderful chats 😀 and very kind. one of the best hosts I have encountered what a wonderful we had celebrating my birthday and other things to. she made the stay.

We came with a group of friends and a 2-year-old. The garden flat is stunning and surpasses the photos. Jane and Mark were so easy to communicate with and we really loved the small touches to make our check-in comfortable. They left a travel cot and some children’s books for our friend’s daughter. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The house is well equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely come back!

Fantastic location so close to the beach and pier. A really cosy and interesting flat which was lovely to come back to after a day exploring Brighton. We parked on Madeira Drive for the weekend which wasn’t very expensive and was close by. Would definitely stay again.

Nice flat, close to the train station. Olivia is a great host and helped me whenever I had a request. This is a two-storey flat with plenty of natural light and a terrace. The street is quiet so I slept really well. Wi-fi is fast and I was able to work remotely without any issues.

Wish we had discovered Harley place before. It is so comfortable and the views are amazing. We have never slept so well in any other Airbnb. As there was just the 2 of us and dog we took advantage of using the bed with the views looking over the lagoon. No need to use a car as there is a bus into Brighton just outside the front door. Lots of good pubs in Shoreham town to stop off at, which can be reached by bus or 20 mins walk. We sat with freshly brewed coffee each morning in the bay window overlooking the lagoon and sea. Communication is brilliant too. Would highly recommend this place.

Amazing stay at this clean, well-maintained apartment with breathtaking sea views in Bognor Regis. The host was very thoughtful and responsive, and waking up to the sound of waves was magical. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!

Apartment was in a super location on the seafront. Easy to find and access. Apartment smelt amazing, ease share what you use! We loved the decor and layout. The beds were super comfy and cosy. Towels soft and fluffy. Well stocked kitchen. Luxury apartment. Listing is as is. Only downside was felt would be a squeeze if 6 adults but only 4 of us, and it was so hot, couldn’t get the heating to the right temperature to be comfortable but hardly in other than to sleep so not a huge issue. Hosts clearly love their apartment and want to protect it, lots of information for arrival and in apartment to review but was helpful. Will return if back in Brighton!

It’s the second time I stayed at Desmond’s it really is a little gem and the garden is just lovely and peaceful The area is so convenient with the Dials just up the road, number 7 bus just outside your door lwhich takes you to town if you don’t fancy walking or straight to the Marina. Perfect best location also a beautiful park on your doorstep . Desmond is the perfect host too

Great place, beautiful decoration clean throughout and felt right at home. Sarah left us a welcome bottle of Prosecco and breakfast for the morning plenty of condiments butter, jams etc. However my only slight reservation are the pictures of the air b&b I thought we would be on the sea front. Instead it is a short yet simple walk down to the beach.

From the initial enquiry to check in Stephen was helpful and patient seeing it was our first Airbnb experience We were greeted on arrival by James who like Stephen was fantastic. James gave us a great insight into local pubs and restaurants,helped us unload car and showed us around the penthouse.The penthouse itself was spotless and sitting on the large balcony overlooking the bandstand and beach was so relaxing. The penthouse was within easy walking distance of Brightons attractions. This will be the first of many visits Thank you Stephen and James From Steve and Karen

A very clean apartment in a great location, spacious and homely. Lovely touch to have treats, a bed and bowls for our dog, much appreciated. Delicious treats for us too 😊Close to many lovely places to eat and drink and the beach. Super comfy bed and luxurious toiletries. A real Gem.

If you're ever in Brighton, this place is located in a great location. Steve's super friendly too and helpful as we were travelling with our little one and he put together the high chair ready for our stay. The accommodation is super clean, baby friendly and perfect for a weekend getaway.
