There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a table and chairs. The bathroom is spacious with a shower, two wash basins and toilet Access to the flat is separate from the main house, and so guests can come and go when they please. Please note that is a one-time fee of $50 applies for accommodating your dog during the stay.

Hidden Gem Across from the Beach

A company, relocation or holiday home with all the facilities you would expect in a home with no compromises. Linen included. Double glazed windows at the front of the home. The home has two toilets. All rooms have airconditioning. The Beach is across the road at the end of the cul-de-sac. The home is right in the middle of Henley and Grange Jetty at 458 Seaview Road - Get the best of both worlds. Note: 4th bedroom is actually a sunroom running up off bedroom 3 - ideal for young children.

Luxury Beach House minutes walk from Grange Beach

A modern home located 5 minutes walk from Grange beach , hotel, cafes & restaurants . It has high ceilings throughout the house with a large living area that opens out into the alfresco area. There is a train or bus takes you into the city & it's a short walk to Henley square which has lots of eaterys. There is a nice outdoor area to enjoy and a laneway entrance, where you can park two cars comfortably in the double garage. I have recently upgraded to Telstra premuim wifi in Oct 2022.

The Nook is the sweetest little cottage built around 1870 in the original Glenelg village and just a short walk to the white sands of Glenelg beach and cafes. Recently refurbished, the cottage is white and light and full of charm. Enjoy a bbq in the private garden or cosy up to a lounge room fire while enjoying that red wine you just purchased in nearby Mclaren Vale or Adelaide Hills. You will be so comfortable you will wish you had booked for a longer stay. The Nook awaits to greet you!
