The Salzkammergut, Hallstatt and Königssee are also within easy reach. Also easy to do with public transport.

For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
