The house, built in 1996 and modernized in 2020, offers modern facilities and a spacious interior, that can accommodate up to 20 people. With a plot of 76,378 square meters of forest and heath and a house area of 290 square meters, there is plenty of space for both relaxation and fun. Hunting in the adjacent forest, or just a picnic for the whole family, can make the holiday complete. The house is not rented out to youth groups/party groups. Inside you will find eight well-appointed bedrooms, including 6 rooms with a double bed, 1 room with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed, and 1 room with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, ensuring comfortable sleeping accommodation for all guests. The house has a total of two bathrooms and a guest toilet, making it easy for everyone to keep their daily routines running smoothly. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower and toilet, especially you can enjoy a refreshing bath after a long day of activities. For those who love to cook, the kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a microwave, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge and a freezer with a capacity of 80 liters. This makes it possible to prepare delicious meals for the whole group. There is also a wood-burning stove and a heat pump that ensures a comfortable temperature all around. Outside, you can enjoy a large terrace where you can relax and enjoy the sun. There is also a barbecue at your disposal, perfect for summer parties and outdoor meals. A fantastically renovated holiday home. Following a comprehensive refurbishment in 2025, the house now stands as a modern and luxurious holiday paradise, featuring a new large outdoor hot tub, a refurbished pool area and beautiful terraces. The house is situated on a 3,000 m² plot of undulating dune land, where you can enjoy a completely secluded setting surrounded by nature. From one of the terraces, you have a magnificent view of our beautiful lighthouse – Lyngvig Lighthouse. There are also plenty of opportunities for fun and games with table football or outdoor table tennis. The holiday home has a floor area of 190 m² and can accommodate 10 people and 2 pets. The 5 bedrooms comprise 3 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds. Two modern bathrooms – both with showers and underfloor heating – complete the property. The newly renovated kitchen opens onto the living room and dining area and has everything you need to cook in comfort whilst on holiday, including a dishwasher. The large, south-facing windows provide fantastic natural light in the living room and pool area. You can relax in front of the large flat-screen TV and watch your favourite films after an eventful day. An energy-efficient air-to-water heat pump provides the necessary warmth on colder days, and there is underfloor heating throughout the house. You’ll also find a washing machine and tumble dryer there. The modernised pool area features a 16 m² heated pool with a counter-current system, which is perfect for play and exercise. The sauna is located in the pool area, just like the second bathroom. From the living room and pool area, you have direct access to the sunny terrace at the rear of the house, where the hot tub is also situated. På 1. sal er 1 stort soveværelse, 1 værelse m. 2 senge samt 1 værelse m. enkeltseng, stort repos samt pænt badeværelse. Der er ikke trappegitter. Børn er velkomne - huset er ikke børnesikret.

Vi har et lækkert Glamping telt nede ved vores sø. Her kan I nyde roen og freden sammen! I teltet er der en dobbeltseng, loungestole og et lille the-køkken samt mulighed for at kigge på stjerner fra sengen. På begge sider af teltet er der terrasse, en ud mod søen og en med udsigt til marken. Skal det være ekstra nemt og lækkert, laver vi gerne en morgenmadskurv til jer eller sørger for jeres aftensmad. Dejlig lille lejlighed tæt på Ringkøbing fjord. Med denne beliggenhed er det let at komme hurtigt til fjorden og det er nemt at lave nogle små pauser på terassen med familien. Slut dagen med at skylle våddragten, og hop i det tyrkisk bad eller spaen og få varmet de ømme muskler efter en dag på vandet. Nice apartment in the heart of Esbjerg. The harbour is nearby and you can reach the ferry to Fanø in 10 minutes. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor in a cozy townhouse, and it has all the things you need. You will have a fully functional kitchen, a work station, two bedroom, heated floors in the bathroom, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. The apartment has a shared pool and a garden shared with the two other apartments. Note the pool is only available during the summer period .

Der er 800 meter til Danmarks mest fantastiske hvide sandstrand og 900 meter til Blåvand by som både byder på flere indkøbsmuligheder, barer, restauranter samt butikker. Huset er bygget i 2023 og opvarmet med økonomisk varmepumpe hvilket betyder lave forbrugsomkostninger for dig som lejer. Der er gulvvarme overalt i huset.
