The apartment is located in a listed thatched house built around 1830 in the attic. It can accommodate 4 people on two levels in a stylish ambiance in the immediate vicinity of Friedrichstadt, the rivers Treene and Eider with swimming areas and the North Sea. The seaside resort of Sankt Peter Ording is about 40 km away. A beach chair can be used there free of charge. The house is located on a large property and invites you to relax with the view of the green meadows.

Distance to the North Sea, Büsum, Husum about 40 km, Baltic Sea 50 km.

The entire outdoor area is used JOINTLY by the tenants of the two apartments!!!

In the district town of Heide, 20 km from the North Sea, we offer part of our house as a complete, completely separate residential unit of approx. 120 m2 for max. 4 people. The apartment is located in a quiet residential street, about 15 minutes walk to the Heide center/market square and is very convenient as a starting point for walks in the moor, forest and for bike tours. Bikes can be stored and the car can be parked right outside the front door.

The listed thatched roof skate is in the center of Albersdorf. This special accommodation has everything you need for a relaxing stay in the climatic spa, with its stone age park, in the heart of Dithmarschen. The house, with about 140 m2 of living space and an antique fireplace, is available for guests for their own use. From here, you can take many excursions to the North Sea (Büsum 30 and Speichererkoog in Meldorf 20 minutes by car, ...).

"Little Eider House"

The "Little Eider House" awaits its guests: Charming, 85 sqm cottage with small, fenced garden and covered terrace accommodates 2-4 people and a dog! It is located in a vacation area, only 20 meters from the Eider. A private swimming area (dogs not allowed there) at the boat dock (can be booked, slipway available!) invites you to swim and fish. A public swimming beach with sunbathing lawn is in the neighboring village.

Lovingly and with care, we have furnished our thatched cottage - in the hope that you and your family and / or friends will feel at home! A newly covered, local thatched roof, the restoration of the old dormer and a careful approach to the expansion in order to preserve as much as possible - that was important to us and characterizes this unique building. Unfortunately, we are not suitable for party groups!

On approx. 65 square meters in the middle of the old town you will find pure peace and relaxation, but also a perfect starting point for exploring Germany's North Sea coast. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and has a nice garden.
