Or find peace on the water with our canoes, recommended! Our atmospheric cottage is located in the back of the garden, and is built from the old building materials from the old auction of Avenhorn. Conveniently located 10-40 km from: Hoorn-Enkhuizen-Medemblik, Edam-Volendam-Marken. But certainly also Alkmaar, the Zaanse schans, Amsterdam and not to forget, the coast of Noord Holland.

Our chalet is located in the beautiful quiet Waarland. What to do in Waarland : Vlinderado, indoor mini golf, boat rental via HappyWale, outdoor swimming pool Waarland. Within 25 minutes drive you are at the beach of Callantsoog or the beautiful dune area in Schoorl. The beautiful cities of Alkmaar and Schagen (15 minutes drive) are also worth visiting. Holiday district Waarland is in the process of renovating the park. Our chalet is at the edge of the campsite, so it doesn't bother you much.

Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. There is, among other things, a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eatery Giovanni Midwoud that also delivers. A motorboat is available for a fee. Nearby is Hensbroekermeer, where you can swim in the summer. There is a tennis court in the holiday park that can be used free of charge. Netflix, WiFi and linens are included in the price. There is a Nespresso coffee machine. The only way to reach the chalet is by car because public transportation is limited

With great enthusiasm, we renovated our old Mansion and restored it to its original state. On the bell floor, we have created an apartment that we are now renting out. The house is in a lively neighborhood a 5 minute walk to the city center and at 4 minutes walk to the train station from where you can be at Amsterdam Central Station within 34 minutes.
