Outside on the deck you have a beautiful view of the Keizersgracht and there are many shops and restaurants around the corner.

Studio Huis Roomolen is located at Roomolenstraat in the center of Amsterdam, a little street beween canals, yet; in the middle of things. Three large windows give a nice view over the Roomolenstraat. The size of the luxurious studio is 26m² including private kitchen, shower and toilet. Very comfortable Houseboat, mahony wooden walls, art nouveau style, with terras on very central location overvieuwing the river. After a break of 4 coronayears, we are back into bussiness. In that 4 years we took the chance to renew our bathroom, renew our steering wheel cabin, a lot of painting on the deck, 3 new roofdeck ligts, and some technical adjustments you cannot see, but will make your stay more comfortable. there is centtral heating and airco for hot summer days.

A cozy place to stay in the centre of Amsterdam (5 minutes walk from the Central Station, 2 minutes from the Dam Square). And guess what? It is quiet. No trams and busses since it is a pedestrian area. The Bijenkorf department store the Dam Square with the Palace are just around the corner as well as the Metro and other public transportation. But if you walk around the area you are in the middle of the historical centre.

Gorgeous houseboat moored on historic canal. The B&B is 60 m2, with ample living space, an open kitchen, a bedroom and bathroom. Outside is a large deck. Perfect for a couple, not for guests who have trouble with steep stairs The boat is called “Musard” and was built in 1922 in Rouen, France. We live in the rear end of the boat and our guests stay in the front.
