Our chalet is located in the beautiful quiet Waarland. What to do in Waarland : Vlinderado, indoor mini golf, boat rental via HappyWale, outdoor swimming pool Waarland. Within 25 minutes drive you are at the beach of Callantsoog or the beautiful dune area in Schoorl. The beautiful cities of Alkmaar and Schagen (15 minutes drive) are also worth visiting. Holiday district Waarland is in the process of renovating the park. Our chalet is at the edge of the campsite, so it doesn't bother you much.

Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. There is, among other things, a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eatery Giovanni Midwoud that also delivers. A motorboat is available for a fee. We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. This cozy and sunny cottage in Bakkum is on the edge of the dunes and the forest. Within walking distance are various eateries. In 10 minutes by bike, you can reach Castricum aan Zee with a beautiful beach, many terraces, restaurants and water sports. There are 2 folding bicycles at the cottage. You have your own entrance with a small garden and seating area. Parking is available on your own property or parking space across the street. Bedroom is upstairs, accessible via steep stairs.

Located in the protected natural area of the Zeevang polder land (EU Natura 2000), famous for its birds like godwits, spoonbills, and lapwings. The view it offers is among the most beautiful in the Netherlands. Middelie is very near Amsterdam (25 km). Other historical places like Edam, Volendam, Marken, Hoorn, and Alkmaar are never far away (5–30 min. by car).

Hello, we are Bart and Marieke and rent out a unique residence located on the waterfront in the center of Kolhorn. You can unwind under the veranda and have canoes at your disposal with which you can explore the beautiful surroundings and the picturesque village of Kolhorn. It is located on the Westfriese Omringdijk, where you can take beautiful cycling or walking tours in the area. You can enjoy the beach and the cozy city of Schagen with the West Frisian Market every week.

Our quietly located garden bungalow in Castricum offers space for a family with 1 child + baby or up to 3 adults + baby. Standard price is for 2 people; an extra adult is €30 per night; a baby (0-2 years) is €10 per night. All rooms are on the ground floor, and part of the garden (including furniture) is available to guests. The house is 5 km from the beach and 400 meters from the train station. Good connections to Amsterdam, Haarlem, Alkmaar, Hoorn, Utrecht or Zandvoort.

Unfortunately, our apartment is not suitable for children, due to a ditch on the premises. It is also possible to rent electric bicycles!
