It offers two separate bedrooms, a garden, a parking space and a ski room. The apartment is located in a valley with beautiful views that you will see even when looking out the windows. From the bedroom, a French window leads directly to the garden, where you will find a seating area and a fireplace. If you are planning accommodation for a larger group, it is possible to rent the Matschiedl and Matschiedl 2 apartments, which will give you accommodation for up to 10 people.

Our old farmhouse, which was lovingly expanded and renovated in 2023, is located on the edge of the forest in a beautiful secluded location and is directly accessible by car. Due to the south-facing orientation, our guests enjoy sun from early to late.

Quiet location yet ideal as a starting point for numerous leisure activities. Spa hotel with indoor pool and sauna as well as an outdoor swimming pool are located right next to our house. The attic apartment (as well as the whole old house from the 60s) was completely renovated at the end of 2015 and has about 85m² with two bedrooms and a pull-out couch in the living room, ideal for families with children. You will stay in the former farmhouse at about 800 m above sea level in close proximity to the magnificent Carinthian lakes and surrounded by the spectacular scenery of the Carnic Alps.

Our historic Carinthian farmhouse in a secluded location from 1841 was lovingly and carefully renovated. Many international guests have already spent a lovely vacation here surrounded by wonderful nature and enjoyed the alpine coziness combined with modern amenities. In 2019, the attic and the former mill were converted into a penthouse apartment on two floors in a chalet style. The sunny apartment as well as the covered spacious patio offer an unobstructed view.

The view goes over the small village of Obervellach into the nearby mountains, where in winters and summers many sports activities allow you to relax, unwind and have fun. The apartment is spacious, with a large living and kitchen area, where there is plenty of space to linger.
