Beautiful private garden to relax in and the added bonus of parking for one small/ medium car in the garage or free parking on the road outside. Well behaved dogs are welcome. The garden is fully fenced and secure.

Spacious two bedroom, two bathroom ground floor flat in an old Victorian schoolhouse with beautiful large bright rooms and fully fitted kitchen. Close to the seafront with safe, stony beach that is perfect for sunning or swimming. Whitstable harbour is only a short walk along the seafront or there is an easy bus ride to historic Canterbury with a bus stop along the road. Whitstable is a beautiful town with lots of independent shops/cafes. Fantastic for art and creativity, I am a potter myself.

Birchington Station (10 mins walk) provides good links to London and nearby coastal retreats. There is a parade of shops with a convenience store, fish and chips, cafe and micro pub 2 mins away. The Minnis Bay Brasserie is a 5 min walk away along the promenade. There are great routes for walking/running/cycling in all directions.
