The house has 3 rooms with a total of 5 beds (extra beds available), a large office, a living room with a loft, a large kitchen/dining room, two bathrooms, one of which has a spa, a gym and an entrance hall. There's also a large terrace with a barbecue and fire pit, and a garden with access to the greenhouse in season. In addition, a newly established playground on the street. Located close to Svostrup Kro and the hiking trail by the Gudenå river.

Fantastic quality house, 140 meters to Ringkøbing Fjord, lots of nature, hiking and cycling routes, surfing, paddle boarding etc. possible right outside the door. Lots of outdoor nooks so you can always find shelter. There is 1 bedroom with a single bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds, in addition to a loft where at least 2 people can easily sleep. Pets are not allowed. There are 2 subboards and an inflatable canoe for free use. There is a gas grill and the one who empties the bottle refills it :-).

The home is suitable for families and couples who want plenty of space and comfort. The house has a fully equipped kitchen in open connection with a large living room with space for socializing and relaxation. There is a large bathroom with a spa as well as a separate guest toilet. The sleeping areas consist of a bedroom with a double bed, a children's room with a cot and an extra room with space for an air mattress. The house is close to Legoland, Lalandia and Billund Airport and is ideal for both holidays and shorter stays.

The bathroom is located on the ground floor. There's a nice sofa bed and good box mattresses.
