Through the large upstairs windows you can look at the neighboring golf course - or enjoy the untouched nature. Das Haus wurde vollständig renoviert: Fußbodenheizung (Wärmetauscher), Wallbox, Sauna, Kamin alles wird mit Ökostrom betrieben. Deshalb werden die Stromkosten Zählergenau berechnet.

Herzlich Willkommen in unserer schönen Anliegerwohnung im Nebengebäude eines alten Fachwerkhauses von 1779. Das Haus befindet sich im Ortskern von Berge, der Hünenwanderweg führt Sie direkt am Haus entlang. In unmittelbarer Nähe zu der Ferienwohnung wird derzeit ein neues Baugebiet erschlossen, so dass es zu Beeinträchtigungen durch Baulärm kommen kann.
