New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

By beach and harbor on South Funen

Newly renovated holiday apartment of 90 m2. Suitable for 5 people. The apartment is on the 1st floor of "Skipperhuset Lundeborg", which is a large holiday apartment. It is beautifully decorated, inspired by the old seaside hotels, with striped wallpaper, straw hats and natural materials. The nicest beach is right outside the door, next to the harbor, with pleasure boats, ice houses, restaurants and music. Possibility of 2 extra beds in the living room. Just opposite the apartment is Den Gamle Købmand, with a large selection.

Bindingsverkshus in small Lejbølle town. Come back in time with lots of patina and low ceilings. 3 wood-burning stoves for coziness, there are no heat sources (there is a heat pump). Behind the garden is enclosed, barbecue, fire pit and old smithy iron stove for decoration. There are games and music facilities (AUX plug Iphone is there). The house has 55” flat screen and wifi all beds are Hästens beds, minimum Superior. I have several houses in Langeland but this is unconditionally the coziest with a sense of “old days”.

Own house on the beautiful island of Thurø with forest and beach

Stay in your own house on the island of Thurø in the middle of the beautiful, southern Funen countryside with the forest as a neighbor and close to the water. You can enjoy good beaches and hike in the island's forests and out on the beach meadows. Enjoy the cozy atmosphere of the old woodcutting workshop. The house has its own entrance. It includes a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. In total, the house is 40 square meters with its own terrace and access to the garden. Not suitable for wheelchair users.

Boathouse

Home away from home... Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend. The double patio door gives you the opportunity to open up, out to the water, as well as to go out on the private terrace, where your own outdoor shower is available in the summer. There is a table oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer in the kitchen. Only 300 meters to the water, where there is a sandy beach. The boathouse is a separate residence from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.

In just a 4 minute car ride you reach the harbour and the sandy beach of Lundeborg, a great spot to swim. If you’re looking for Danish ‘hygge’ and a down-to-earth place close to nature, with the forest as your backyard, you are more than welcome here!

Unique 30 m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen. Barbecue in the garden

Velkommen til vores unikke anneks – et charmerende fristed i to etager, beliggende i et idyllisk bindingsværkshus på smukke Sydøstfyn. Her finder du ro, nærvær og landlig idyl. Annekset ligger kun 500 meter fra kysten og 1km fra børnevenlig badestrand. Huset er derudover omgivet af marker, skov og skøn natur. Fisherman's house in Lundeborg

I det lille idylliske fiskerleje Lundeborg, omkranset af hav og skov, udlejer vi vores dejlige gæstehus, som ligger tæt på god badestrand og stemningsfuldt havnemiljø. Huset er et oprindeligt 100 år gammelt fiskerhus, som er restaureret til moderne standard med bevarelse af den hyggelige atmosfære. Im charmanten Fischerdorf Lundeborg vermieten wir unser Gästehaus: ein gemütliches und pittoreskes 100 Jahre altes Fischerhaus, in der Nähe des Strandes und des Hafens.

Independent, newly renovated and very special home: Living room, kitchen, bathroom and loft. Sleeps up to 5. Located overlooking fields and forests and at the same time centrally located on Funen. It is 5 minutes by car (10 by bike) to the cozy village of Årslev-Sdr. Nærå with a bakery, supermarket(s) and some absolutely fantastic swimming lakes. There are extensive nature trail systems in the area and the opportunity to fish in put'n take lakes.
