Tucked away behind our shed Is our stylish accommodation unit. Surrounded by mature native bush on one side the Bell birds and Tui will be the last and first thing you hear at dusk and dawn. With a queen bed, a sofa that folds out to a double and a single bed, and another fold out single the unit easily sleeps 6. There is a fully equipped kitchenette and dining area. A separate but adjoined bathroom has a chub bath and shower and one toilet There is plenty of lawn to pitch tents if required.

Te Poutapeta is a Historic Places Trust listed building. Up until the 1980s it served as the community Post Office. Our family run it as a B&B or Holiday House. Guests have the entire house at their disposable. We provide continental breakfast. The Post Office is a one minute walk to our long and expansive beach. You’ll love our Poutapeta for its history, spaciousness and comfort. We have attempted to retain its origingal character. It is relaxing and unspoilt. Nau mai, haramai!

Waihau Bay is one of the best fishing destinations in New Zealand, Guests come from all over to catch Tuna and Marlin in the summer season, plus the many other fish species all year round. Clean and comfortable studio cabin with ensuite, come and enjoy the brand new bed. Located opposite the ocean, enjoy drinks on the deck and sleep with the sound of the sea. Just a short stroll to the sandy beach. Plenty of off street parking directly in front of the cabin, heaps of room for a boat.

Our place is newly built, behind a historic building, only metres from the beautiful Tokomaru Bay Beach. The facilities are all modern, with heat pump/air conditioning, acomodating 4 people with style, comfort and ease. One queen bed is in the lounge as a pull down/retractable and the second in a separate bedroom. Shower and toilet is an ensuite shared by all guests but accessed through the bedroom.
