Skipperhuset

🏡 Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes, which is located in Farsund municipality. Skipperhuset was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In collaboration with a local painting company, we work to make the house as authentic as possible, including by wallpapering the living room, kitchen and hallway with skipper's house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is located wall to wall with the brewery, which has a renovated bakery oven.

The beds can't be shared. There is no parking at the house, but a parking permit in the surrounding area can be purchased. There is a smartTV in the living room. Outside, a large terrace with a lot of living space, different seating areas, jacuzzi and fire pit, and nice views!
