Skipperhuset

🏡 Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes located in Farsund municipality. The Skipper House was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In collaboration with a local painting company, we are working to make the house as authentic as possible, including wallpapering the living room, kitchen and hallway with skipper house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. The Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is located wall to wall with the brewery house which has a renovated baker's oven.

With the possibility of renting a boat in the boathouse in the garden (20 ft and 60 hp trailer) with access to a slipway, kayak and paddle board. Perfect for summer activities. At the boathouse there is a jetty with a bathing ladder. The house has two bedrooms. Double bed in one and double bed with bunk in the other. The property is located 4 km from the center of Lyngdal. 3 km from Sørlandsbadet. 8 km from Handelsparken.

The little house is as centrally located in the city as you can get. A few metres into a narrow alley off the city's pedestrian street. The little house is a small oasis. In here, it's almost unreal that you're only a few metres from the hustle and bustle of the outside world. The house has a spacious and bright living room with good ceiling height, comfortable sofa and dining area. Nice kitchen and bathroom with shower. Cool and romantic bedroom with beautiful bed and canopy on the second floor. Private parking in the street behind, about 50 meters walk.

Walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach, museum and hiking areas. There is no parking by the house, but a parking permit in the nearby area can be purchased. There is a smart TV in the living room. Guests must use their own login to use streaming services.

Stue, spiseplass og kjøkken i ett rom, 1 bad med dusj og vaskemaskin, 2 soverom med 2 sengeplasser på hver. Håndklær og sengetøy er inkludert i prisen, og sengene er oppredd ved ankomst. Parkering inni garasjen og foran garasjeport. Det er stor terrasse mot vest, og beleggningsstein rundt huset igjen ved inngangspartiet. Noe av uteområdet er fortsatt under opparbeidelse.
