Newly converted in 2021, Highfield Barn is nestled on the edge of a thriving Devonshire village perfectly situated in the middle of all North Devon and Cornwall have to offer. The open plan living space is perfect for cosy evenings on the sofa in front of the log burner, or for cooking up a feast in the well-equipped kitchen. If you don't fancy cooking the pub is less than a 5-minute walk, as is the fantastic village shop. Off-road parking and secure, private garden safe for children and pets.

Organic farm Shepherd's Hut with a view

You will find ‘The Leveret’ our shepherds hut, on our family run organic farm.  With lovely views across the Torridge valley and beyond to Dartmoor, it is a perfect place to relax and reconnect with nature.  The farm has a mixture of meadows for our cattle and sheep, woodlands and arable and veg fields and is a haven for wildlife. Enjoy a bbq at the fire pit with complimentary wood and charcoal. The excellent local pub at Sheepwash is a 1.5 mile walk through farm lanes and quiet country lanes.

We are near a number of course fishing lakes and close to the river. You’ll love my place because of the privacy of having your own detached accommodation set in some of the most picturesque countryside in Devon. There is a village pub (no food served). My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and furry friends (pets).

For the adventurous, we share our favourite local walks, kayaking spots, and cycling routes or simply switch off and enjoy the peace. Food lovers are spoilt for choice, with cosy country pubs nearby that serve fantastic food. And yes, we’re dog-friendly 🐕 because adventures are better with your dog by your side.

The accommodation is a self contained studio apartment situated above the double garage in our garden and accessed by a flight of wooden stairs. It is ideal for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers. A breakfast hamper is provided Instant booking is available if the booking is made 3 days or more before arrival. The Annex

Welcome to our charming annex in Inwardleigh, near Okehampton and Dartmoor. Our one-bedroom retreat offers a peaceful getaway or a base to explore Devon. The open-plan layout includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a snug living room with a woodburner. Upstairs, a cozy bedroom and ensuite shower await. The annex, next to the hosts' home, provides flexible arrival with a lock box and access key. Your perfect escape awaits in this idyllic village setting.

Detached, spacious cottage with private gardens and parking, fully equipped kitchen, fast wifi, bbq, fields to walk in and a hot tub to enjoy under a sky full of stars. Underfloor heating and wood burner to keep you cozy. One bathroom includes a whirlpool bath with shower over. Ensuite is shower room. Two bedrooms: master bedroom with 6ft superking & ensuite, second bedroom with two singles or one superking. Dogs welcome but sorry, no more than two.
