Spread over about 41 sqm, it consists of a bedroom with two single beds and a large wardrobe, a living room with sofa bed, 55 inch smart TV, dining table with three chairs and a showcase, a bathroom, a kitchenette equipped with all utensils for daily needs, a storage room including a fridge/freezer combination and a hallway/entrance area.

A comfortable gray sectional sofa is positioned in a light-filled living area, complemented by two framed artworks on the wall. A soft, textured rug lies on the wooden floor, with a cozy throw draped casually over one end of the sofa.

Lovely bright 2 room apartment

Charming 2-room apartment in central location in Minden. This cozy, newly equipped apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bright living room invites you to relax, the bedroom offers a large 1.80 meter double bed. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for a longer stay. Minden city center is within about 20 minutes walking distance. My wife Annette and I look forward to your visit.

Nevertheless, "civilization" is close and great excursion destinations are nearby. The apartment is located in an old farmhouse and is continuously being "improved." I am furnished so that you can find relaxation and well-being. Through my large window front you can look into the countryside... onto a large meadow, trees and bushes. I've been around for 50 years… even though tiny houses are all the rage right now, I've been around a long time… but I've recently been renovated and look forward to welcoming interesting guests!
