Amy’s place was awesome! The location was perfect for our group, and we had such a great weekend. Can’t wait to come back again!

Where to begin…from the moment my sister and our spouses selected this house for our meet in the middle of our states visit Brandon was quick to reach out and ensure everything was perfect for our visit! The location is perfect…right on the river and walkable to restaurants, winery, and shops. The house had so many fun extra’s that we really enjoyed! The plethora of games, record player/great albums, foosball, putting green and much more. We stayed up late playing records. Outside was a beautiful deck with a great view of the river, lots of seating and a fire pit with wood/lighter fluid to start a fire quickly. We had the best time just sitting around the fire and enjoying the river and the beautiful evening. The house is equipped with EVERYTHING you could possibly need. The house was super cute/cozy with comfy beds. We loved that we had several choices for dining just a short walk away. The bike trail behind house was great! We love the house, hospitality and town. We will return!

The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and peaceful. The host was incredibly responsive and made the check-in a breeze. I especially appreciated the little touches, like fresh towels, soft sheets, and he provided a binder of local recommendations. The location was perfect—quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed. My son enjoyed fishing off the deck. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming home away from home. This townhome is absolutely beautiful! It was exactly as described and had everything I needed. So relaxing. I will definitely rent again when I return.

Great place to stay. Clean, neat and quiet. We'd definately stay there again when in the area. The house had everything we needed and more. Host was communicative and friendly.

My husband and I traveled to this location with two other couples that were attending a wedding in the area. Maddy was an amazing host - well stocked kitchen and wonderful little extras in the kitchen and bath for our stay! The amenities were fabulous, and the view was amazing - from the soft and cozy blankets to the comfortable seats at the dining table for us to sit and enjoy playing games. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again.

The cottage was perfect for our weekend getaway! Linda was responsive, kind, and helpful. The space was clean and cozy. Highly recommend if you want a cute space close to the fun shops and restaurants in Grafton!

My husband and I are incredibly thankful for Duc’s accommodations and his kindness during our stay. Duc was a great communicator and very proactive when we needed help with something. The home is peaceful, comfortable, and well- stocked with all you may need for a short or extended stay, especially for coffee drinkers! There is a park across the street which was perfect for our little one who loves swinging. There was a sidewalk through the town which made for pleasant, safe walks. Several sports bars/river-themed restaurants along the main road. We recommend 3rd Chute’s Horseshoe dish and Grafton Oyster Bar’s red beans and rice! Short drive to STL and other towns in IL which have Walmarts and Schnucks for any additional needs you may have. Will absolutely stay again if we find ourselves in Grafton in the future!
