Through the large upstairs windows you can look at the neighboring golf course - or enjoy the untouched nature. For extended walks, the Teutoburg Forest offers numerous hiking routes about 1 km away. Surrounded by the spa communities of Bad Rothenfelde, Bad Laer and Bad Iburg, there are a variety of recreational opportunities. The brine springs with the graduation walls, the treetop trail and the "Carpesol" spa and sauna area are particularly noteworthy here.

On approx. 80 square meters there are 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and washer-dryer, small well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and multifunction oven. Together with the dining area, the stay is very comfortable for up to 4 people. A little break.

In our cozy country house apartment on the edge of the village you can relax wonderfully and enjoy “life in the country.” Whether for a break from everyday stress, for creative work in the home office in the countryside or for visiting friends and family, you will not lack anything in Hörste. The village-famous “Villa Kunterbunt,” from 1911, once housed the Hörste post office. At that time, the apartment served as a stable for the stagecoach.

Cosy and light loft apartment

This loft apartment is cosily furnished and has plenty of space in which to relax. The spacious bedroom has a double bed, and the large sofa in the living room can be transformed into a single or double bed. A baby bed is also available upon request. Booking in and out timings can be flexible and can easily be arranged prior to arrival. Bad Iburg's Castle, spa gardens and local centre are but a few minutes walking distance away.

Up to four guests can be accommodated in our beautiful basement apartment, which is located directly on the Teutoburg Forest and close to the Hermannsweg! The apartment is centrally located in Borgholzhausen and yet very quiet in a cul-de-sac in a residential area with single-family houses. All shops serving everyday needs are within walking distance (baker also on Sundays!). Fantastic hiking trails start right by the house.

In the immediate vicinity is Aldi, Edeka and a gas station. The city center is within walking distance. In the 300 sqm garden you can spend relaxing hours in fine weather.

My mono Teuto

NEW: Right next to "Mono" is another house, "Nest in the Forest." You can also visit. Or both… “Mono” is a trailer that was converted decades ago. In the course of a complete renovation, it received a timber frame skeleton all around in 2020 (new roof, new insulation, etc.) and thus a first floor. Size: 3.20 by 13 meters. It is called "Mono" because its exterior, like every room inside, is mainly determined by one color.
