Take it easy at this tranquil getaway in the Weminuche Wilderness. Just 18 miles from Durango at the north end of Lake Vallecito, this cozy A-Frame is sweet to wake up in with the amazing views of the tall pines & deer. Grimes Creek runs behind it during spring and early summer. The creek is great for digging up worms for fishing or collecting in your bucket! Gaze at the Milky Way and roast s’mores! The Keva contains washer, dryer, chairs, bikes & hammocks. Volleyball also available.

This cabin has a private wall that divides it from the cabin next door. Fully contained and private access. Our own little Oasis in the center of beautiful and remote Lake City. You can walk to many restaurants and shops in just a few minutes. Charcoal grills and picnic tables throughout the property for you to enjoy an outside picnic. This small cabin is quaint and comfortable with all amenities. Occasionally there is live music at the restaurants nearby that ends 9-9:30pm

Ground floor unit located on 35 acres with stunning mountain and lake views from 8,000 feet overviewing Vallecito Lake/ reservoir and surrounding valley. The Gowdy Suite 1 is located on the ground level with private entrance and screened porch. The bedroom consists of a king size bed and 32 inch TV, the kitchen has all standard necessities and then some, the living area has a couch a chair recliner and a 42 inch TV. The bathroom has a shower and blow dryer and extra towels. OHVs are only allowed to travel on Hwy 149 from June 13th until September 30th
