Tenthuis Duinzicht Texel peace, space & privacy

Our Tenthuis is, completely free, at the back of our private property, a former agricultural company, in a magnificent spot on Texel overlooking the dunes where you can see the Scottish Highlanders grazing in the distance. The tent house is made on an old agricultural car with a wooden skeleton with tent canvas. The reuse of materials was used as much as possible during construction. For extra space there is a front tent, with a wood stove. Luxury camping with an ultimate outdoor feel.

We, a family with 4 children (11, 14, 17 and 19 years), have a holiday home next to our house with its own entrance and parking space. The cottage is within walking distance of the charming village center, just like the beach (approximately 500m from the cottage). 750m away is a beautiful hiking and nature reserve the Zwanenwater. Beach, ports, shops etc. reachable within 5 minutes by car and 25 minutes on foot.

Sandepark 128 is located in Groote Keeten, a small village directly on the coast and 3 km north of the cozy and tourist village of Callantsoog. The Sandepark is a quiet and green holiday park about 600 m from the coast. The wide sandy beach is great for beach recreation: swimming, surfing, fishing, kite flying, blokarting and paddle boarding. In the immediate vicinity of Groote Keeten, you will find beautiful hiking and cycling routes through beautiful nature reserves.

Our cozy holiday bungalow in the park "de Watersnip" in the coastal town of Petten is close to the beach and the canals around the park. From the parking lot, you go by a small shell path to our private, hedged retreat. The park de Watersnip, in which our MEERZEIT is located, also has great leisure facilities (pool, etc.) available to our tenants & guests.
