Unique location by the sea in Håvika havsgård approx. 2 km from Titran at the end of Frøya. Idyllic location with a great view of the Frøyhavet. The waterfront house/holiday home is spread over 2 floors: 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, bathroom/laundry room and TV living room. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom, kitchen, living room and storage room. Access to terrace on ground floor. Titran is an old fishing village with a lot of history and can offer great nature and spectacular experiences in both nice and rough weather. A favorite place for fishermen, divers and paddlers.

Here you can enjoy the silence and relax with the whole family. All on one floor! Beautiful views, close to the lake and beach. Frøya offers many hiking opportunities. Fishing in both freshwater and sea. There is a lovely beach in Aunvågen about 300m from the cabin. We have a 15-foot boat located in a marina 1 km from the cabin that can be used. The boat has been taken up for the year. Must be boat experienced/boat license. Remember bed linen and towels. You must clean and wash the cabin yourself after use. Think of those who come after you.

The cabin is fully equipped with both dishwasher and washing machine, and has electricity and water. Large window surfaces give you fantastic panoramic views of the lake, whether you are sitting inside or enjoying the view from the terrace. The marinas are within walking distance, and there is the possibility of renting a boat if you want to explore the archipelago or try your luck at fishing.

We can rent out boats and fishing equipment if desired. Get in touch for price. Steamed cod only 1 hour after catch is highly recommended. Recipe can be sent. Hiking possibilities: Try a fresh walk along the cabin roads and along the beach area. Enjoy the sea and nature. We have 4 regular deer that are used to being left alone and stay very close to people.

The sea is there with its unique fishing opportunities and long traditions. Fishing weather out on Bogen, Mausundvær and Sula is easily reached by boat or ferry.

Here you can definitely take life easy and enjoy life by the lake, with everything it has to offer. Fishing, water sports, walks in the countryside, bike rides in rural surroundings and much more. The property has both a sauna, outdoor hot tub, and floating jetty. Boat and jetty with bar (annex) can be rented for an additional fee. (rented out only for the entire rental period)

Stay in a peaceful and sheltered cabin with sea views, sit-on-top tandem kayak, SUP board and fishing opportunities right outside the door. Included in your stay are also farm visits to our alpaca farm one kilometer away! Perfect for couples, friends or families with children who want to relax in real nature. The cabin is of older standard, without water but with electricity. Shower facilities in our newly renovated barn on the farm.

Unique guest house for two people, located right by the lake. If you have a short or longer stay and want to stay cheap, this is the place for you. The guest house can be set up with a double bed or two single beds. If desired, a desk can be added. You have access to your own bathroom and microwave, fridge and kettle in the main house 10 m away. There is no kitchen If you come by bus to Fillan, I can pick you up there for NOK 250.

Unique Brygga

Do you want to immerse yourself in the Scandinavian lifestyle? Then I would like to show you my place of the heart. My grandmother's house – an original Brygga – located on a fjord on Hitra, has everything you imagine under the lifestyle "Hygge". The wooden house with red paint, which stands on stones in the sea, has a spacious quay, from there, you can listen to the hustle and bustle of the seagulls, the sound of the sea.
