This is the perfect cabin for two. Living room with wood-burning stove, kitchen with all necessary cooking and washing facilities, and a cosy bedroom with a bed, a separate daybed, a coffee machine, and a TV with Chromecast. The location and the area around the cabin are absolutely unique. Surrounded by large green areas, flowers, berries and fruit trees. Sandy beach and Svaberg are a small stone's throw away and as the closest and only neighbour you have a gazebo with a massage chair. The cabin has four bedrooms, a cozy living room, modern kitchen, bathroom and a loft. The property is fully fenced, perfect if you bring your dog. 4-wheel drive in winter is recommended. Take care of small children, terrace has no railing.

The kitchen has all the necessary kitchen utensils. Bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. 1 bedroom with double bed. Large plot with outdoor furniture and fire pit.

The cabin in the woods is located on Byneset in Trondheim municipality. Nice view of Trondheim fjord and rich wildlife. Close to Byneset golf at Spongdal. 30 min drive by car to Trondheim. The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and winding. In winter, the road is cleared and salted. It is an advantage to have a good winter car.
