The apartment is located in a listed villa, which was originally built in 1864. There are eight apartments in the house, which are spread over four levels. The house has a living area of 550 m², the apartment, which is located on the second level, is 32 m² in size. The kitchenette is equipped with a built-in kitchen that allows normal cooking. We have a medium-sized female dog who lives with us on the property.

Restaurants, cafes and shopping are immediately accessible. Please note that smoking is not allowed in the apartment. No pets allowed.
