1st floor apartment in the countryside. I (owner) live on the ground floor. It has a double bedroom, a living room with a view, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchenette. Entry from the barn. Dog (with short-cut nails) or other pet allowed, plenty of room to roam outdoors. The property is located undisturbed on a 200m gravel road. Smoking allowed in the greenhouse in the garden. The property is within short driving distance to Tversted beach and the blue icehouse. Also not far to Rubjell knot and only 32 km to Skagen.

The residence is the original farmhouse on my property. It is constantly renovated and looks bright and nice. Ca. 70 sqm .. The bedroom has 3 beds and a cot, and there is a double sofa bed in the living room. Access to large park-like garden with garden pavilion, as well as forest and meadows. Possibility to rent with and without breakfast and other meals. Pets are ok. Five minutes to Hirtshals, Tornby beach and Kjul beach. 3 golf courses nearby.
