Bed linens/towels are included, can also be rented for SEK 50 (5 euros) per person. Payable on arrival. Final cleaning before departure by the tenant. Cottage with lake property and its own beach and dock. 3 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed, 2 rooms each with each a bunk bed, and a sofa bed for 2 people in the TV room. Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. NOTE, washing machine is missing. Guests needs to bring own bed linen and towels. Access to a hot bath (39 degrees Celsius) all year round with circulation for purification. Use of a rowboat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoking-free and pet-free! ATTENTION, not for partying groups!

Here you have a cozy cottage in the Småland forest. Here, there is peace and quiet, but at the same time, the summer town of Västervik or Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby is only 30-40 minutes away by car Älgpark is about 15 minutes from here. Boat is available and the lake is just a couple of hundred meters from the cottage Maybe a fishing trip or picnic on an island at sunset. Swimming area is in Hjorted about 3 km from the cottage. Below on the field there is a great chance to see the forest's wild animals

Njut i detta unika, och till stora delar egenhändigt byggda hus, vid vägs ände i skogarna runt Virserum. Naturen inbjuder till långa promenader med fantastiska vyer och fina stigar. Huset inbjuder till tysta och vilsamma stunder eller till gemensam matlagning vid spisen men även till att insupa en god bok i någon av de sköna fåtöljerna eller varför inte få till en härlig brasa i kaminen under höst och vinter. Denna natur rik på djur och detta fina hus ska verkligen upplevas på plats. Välkomna!

Welcome to beautiful Västervik! The 30 sqm house contains a fully-equipped kitchen, a complete bathroom with shower, bedroom with 2 beds and sleeping loft for 2 people. Pillows, blankets, bed linens and towels are included in the price. Of course, there are TV, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth speakers. Bicycles are available to borrow, it is only about 10 minutes to Västervik Resort and about 15 minutes to the city center. PLEASE NOTE: The house has been expanded in 2025 to add a proper bedroom.
