It's a lovely and newly renovated basement apartment with a lot of natural light. You will have your own parking lot, your own entrance, your own bathroom and kitchenette. The apartment has a televison and free internet access, and during the summer you will have access to a lovely patio. Situated only five minutes walk from the University of Aarhus and the University Hospital and only 100 meters to the city train with connections to the city center. Towards East there's a 10 minute walk to the lovely sandy beach in Risskov - called "Den Permanente".

We are a family of 4 upstairs, which can occasionally be heard. Free parking on the street and in the driveway.

The apartment is close to shopping and with good bus connections, there are 250 meters to the nearest stop. 4A and 11 often go into town. Free parking on the road.

Tiny House Lindebo er et lille hyggeligt sommerhus. Huset er placeret i en hyggelig have, med en dejlig overdækket sydvendt terrasse. Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Vi bor uden for landsbyen Hjortshøj i skovkanten og tæt på motorvejen. Hunde er velkomne. Udlejes med sengelinned og håndklæder. Afstand til Århus 12 km, til off. transport 600m. Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold.

Bright holiday apartment - 84 meters above sea level!

The apartment is located at the eastern end of a beautiful 1874 townhouse with a large garden and outdoor areas. There is a private entrance and south-facing terrace, as well as a bathroom and kitchen with a fridge-freezer - all overlooking the garden. There is parking in the courtyard around a large old linden tree. The apartment is centrally located towards both city and nature - with only 3 km to fishing and walks at Løgten Strand, and about 20 minutes drive to Aarhus and Mols Bjerge.

Vidkærhøj

If you want to experience Denmark from its beautiful and quiet side, then “Vidkærhøj” is the place for you. The home is part of our property from the 1870s, and was originally an old barn, which we have lovingly restored over the past few years. It is centrally located between Aarhus, Silkeborg and Skanderborg. It is high up here, and if you like, our dog, Aggie, would love to greet you, just as our cats, chickens and rooster are also very curious. We can’t wait to host you 🤗

Quiet flat close to university and 15min from city

Our location is close to Aarhus University and Aarhus University Hospital and in walking distance from the beautiful beach and forest. Shopping centre and direct bus line to city centre is a few minutes' walk away. Our double room is nice and quiet with private parking, private entrance, studio kitchen and private, separate bathroom. We hope that you will enjoy your stay in our house. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The city of Aarhus, the light rail, bus connections, 1 km to the highway, 4-5 km to the beach, village idyllic. Quiet scenic areas (municipal forest 1 km.) Large common area with grass on the plot. Reasonably cheap heating and hot water. There is geothermal heating and good insulation.
