New 50m suite. Located in a quiet villa area that contains a comfortable, innovative and cozy design, and everything required for a fun getaway. The suite is bright in all its rooms and allows for a pleasant atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen offers, among other things, a coffee machine, and light refreshments. In the bedroom is a double bed, a closet, a TV and a private bathroom. The living room has a luxurious seating area, a large TV and yes, an extra toilet room. Around the suite is a large yard with fruit trees and a seating area. Near the house you will find children's facilities, grocery store, coffee shop and park. 600m away are the center of the city and bus stations.

Our place is situated in our 250 sqm garden with an outdoor sitting place. The space is 9*3 metres, 27 sqm, located in a quiet neighberrhood with an easy access to go everywhere. There is a pizza, a supermarket and a grossery store near by. A wide park is in a minute walking distance for jogging and relaxing. Herzliya city center is in a 5 minutes walking distance.
