Welcome to the picturesque wine region and enjoy your stay in our cozy cottage. At the top of the house there is a kitchenette (coffee machine, wine cabinet filled with wine, oven, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator) with a dining room and two separate bedrooms, one of which has a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. At the end of the hallway there is a shower with a toilet. Another separate bedroom with shower and toilet is located in the garden, which we reach by the staircase. In the garden you will find a fireplace and a grill. Enjoy relaxing :-)

If you are looking for novelty and cleanliness, this offer is for you. You will have the entire house, which is very spacious. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and independent entrance, then there is a living room, 2 fully equipped kitchens, a lounge, 2 covered terraces with a large seating area. TV in the lounge, including HBO. There is a washer and dryer in the building. Parking: 4 cars can be parked directly inside and 2 cars can be parked in front of the house. The U Františka barn offers exclusive accommodation for demanding clientele. It is a detached new building with a beautiful view of the surrounding fields and vineyards. If you want to spend a few days in Moravia, but you like your comfort and privacy or you just want to relax from the hectic surroundings, but you still want to be close to the village and wine cellars, then our Stodola is the ideal choice for you. The barn is located on the very edge of the village, near the forest and a ranch with horses.

We now offer pleasant accommodation in the heart of the Mutěnice wine region. The entire building will be available to you, including seating in our cellar. We will accommodate you in 2 bedrooms with a capacity of up to 10 people. In the courtyard, there is a covered seating area with the possibility of barbecuing on an open fire and a space for cyclists to place their bikes.
