Welcome to the historic family home of love. This is a traditional 19th century house in the style of Moravian Slovácko. It is located in the historical part of Dubňany. The entire house has undergone a meticulous and sensitive renovation to preserve the spirit of the good old days of our Slovácko. The house has a large enclosed yard with a garden dominated by large trees and flowers. Thanks to how the house is built, it won't be hot in the summer, and you'll enjoy it in the garden under the trees of a pleasant climate.

We now offer pleasant accommodation in the heart of the Mutěnice wine region. The entire building will be available to you, including seating in our cellar. We will accommodate you in 2 bedrooms with a capacity of up to 10 people. In the courtyard, there is a covered seating area with the possibility of barbecuing on an open fire and a space for cyclists to place their bikes. To make your stay in our lounge in the cellar more pleasant, you will have wines from local winemakers and small homemade snacks.

The architecture of the house is truly special and combines the harmony of the surrounding nature along with comfort and luxury. A unique charm will add to the minimalist interior, in which natural materials predominate.

Majitelé apartmánu provozují Berních sklep, nejstarší vinný sklep v Rohatci postavený v roce 1939. Je možné domluvit se na prohlídce i ochutnávce. / Lovely newly built studio accommodates 4 persons, 2 on the ground floor, 2 on the gallery. Studio has its own kitchen with cooker and fridge, own entrance from the garden and bathroom with shower.

The cottage (wine cellar) stands on its own fenced plot. On the ground floor there is a garage from which you enter the cellar. On the first floor there is a kitchen with a dining room, social facilities and a social room. The attic includes bedroom A and bedroom B. Behind the cottage, clients have a covered outdoor seating area with a grill and a pool. In July and August, stays are only possible for the whole week (Saturday - Saturday). At least 2 nights during the year.
