The property is a newly built wine cellar that offers modern accommodation in the middle of vineyards. The wine cellar consists of a ground floor, first floor and attic. On the ground floor there is an entrance kitchen, toilet and wine cellar with seating and plenty of wine for consumption. The first floor offers 2 rooms with bathroom and balcony, hallway and entrance to a covered terrace with seating and barbecue. In the attic, there are 2 more rooms with bathroom and a beautiful view of the vineyards or the Vyšicko lookout tower.

The Thomas apartment offers a ground floor with an attic, with a kitchenette, living area and bathroom on the ground floor. There is a spacious bedroom in the attic. In the apartment, it is possible to unfold a leather sofa, which becomes a full extra bed (for up to 2 people). The price of the stay includes BREAKFAST and an outdoor Kneipp path (only in the summer months), a multi-purpose court (tennis, volleyball), a WEBER electric grill, and the option to use a petanque court or balls for children.

The cottage is fully equipped. It consists of an entrance hall that leads to a spacious living room shared with a kitchenette and a kitchen with a dishwasher, hob and oven. There is also a bedroom with a double bed, and a small room with a sofa bed and a separate single bed. Bathroom with bath and toilet + separate toilet accessible from the garden. There is also a private garden with a covered seating area, a barbecue, an outdoor shower, sun loungers and a swing.

The U bobříka apartment has two separate rooms. In one you will find a comfortable double bed and one bunk bed, in the other room a bunk bed. The room includes a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Wi-Fi is available. There is also an open wardrobe and a desk. The room price includes bed linen and towels. You will find a mini dining set in the apartment. The set consists of a kettle, mugs, teaspoons, small plates and cutlery knives.
