Holiday rentals with lake access in Hoengseong-gun

I had a fun 3 nights and 4 days! It was clean, cozy, and just like the picture. And most of all, I was so grateful that the owner was so considerate of our convenience. The walk along the river in front of the house is really pretty as others have said, so I recommend it. The location of the house is a bit in the corner, so you may get lost, so I recommend asking the owner and going.

It was clean and had all the necessary items, so I rested comfortably. The surrounding area has a green forest view, so it was nice to take a walk. There is a bridge right in front of the accommodation, and I spent a happy time drinking coffee in a pretty cafe across the bridge. I'd like to visit again next time I get a chance.

It was affordable and the facilities were good for the price. The owner was so kind and nice! I want to visit again next time ☺️

I really enjoyed staying at this place. It was sparkling clean and had all the essentials in the bathroom. The little photo frames, a warm table lamp created a cozy mood, and the duvet was so soft and warm. I spent most of my time outdoors so I only had a chance to use the place for sleeping and washing, which is really sad and especially the price was a bit higher. But I definitely recommend the place for a solo female travelers who is looking for a quiet and beautiful place that is close to the Lotte World and Seokchon Lake area.

It was neat and really nice! There was also a game, so it was perfect to play with friends, There were also board games and cards, so there was no time to get bored. Both the rooms on the first and second floors were warm, and the boiler hot water came out well! There were plenty of towels and it was tidy. Shampoo, body wash, and disposable toothbrushes are carefully prepared in the bathroom, so I'm impressed. The weather was a little disappointing, but it was still the best. We were used by 2 couples, and there was plenty of space and 100% satisfaction! I arrived a little early, but I was very grateful that they allowed me to check in around 14: 00. It's an accommodation I want to visit again!

It was my first trip with my family, so I thought about the end and chose it, and I was so satisfied! You can use the large number of people at no additional cost, and the space is more spacious than what you see in the photos, so I had a comfortable stay. Next time, I want to stay a little longer in the summer!

It was an accommodation that I chose with my members as I came to watch baseball at Jamsil Baseball Stadium while opening the baseball season, and it was such a good place to go out to watch baseball. First of all, the host was really kind and not only changed the check-in time according to our schedule, but also responded to us so that we could have a thoughtful and comfortable trip. The street of the accommodation is close to the downtown area of Jamsil, so it was very nice to eat at nearby restaurants and have a light drink. In addition, the accommodation was really pleasant and tidy, so I wished it was my home as a resting place to soothe the tiredness caused by traveling, and the members I stayed with were very satisfied. In the morning, I went to Seokchon Lake lightly, and I was able to see runners of various age groups. Even if I come to Seoul next time, I am willing to revisit unconditionally, and many people are planning to travel to Seoul, especially in the eastern part of Seoul such as Jamsil, Songpa, and Gangnam, I think you can choose it as an accommodation. I am willing to use it next time I have a schedule in Seoul, not baseball. The house, the host, and the surrounding environment were all the best!!! It was neat, and they prepared everything according to the number of people such as toothbrushes, foam cleansing, and coffee, and prepared plenty of towels, so I had a really good rest.

Great value for what we got, the location is only 10+ mins drive to YONGPYEONG ski resort, there are plenty of restaurants 2 mins away. The house is spacious for what it’s worth, especially the living room, very clean! We did inform the owner that the 3rd bedroom is definitely not queen sized (as described), it was more of a king single so 2 people could not fit on the bed. So hopefully the owner changes the description of it. Other than that, the owner had fast response and let us know we were able to use the extra mattress in the cabinet. Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely place and I’d recommend this place to anyone! :)

The accommodation is so good for the price! It's clean and tidy, so I want to use it again the next time I come to Gangneung.

I am a foreigner who does not speak Korean language. So I was very appreciative that Zoe was friendly and responded fast via AirBnB messaging. The area around the building has an emart supermarket and restaurants. The building itself had a CU and some eateries too. So it was very convenient and comfortable for a 10 day stay for my business trip. thank you Zoe !

Alex and Susan are very kind and helpful. They made us feel welcomed! The house is clean, spacious and quiet. Especially friendly for family with kids since they share toys at the house! The house is equipped with almost everything we need. We slept well and it was just like home. It is within walking distance to bus stop and subway station. Highly recommended to those who wish to stay cozy in Seoul.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. The bed was comfortable (although the steps is a bit difficult if you’re taller), and every amenity I could possibly need was available. The host was communicative, kind, and clearly takes pride in providing a good experience. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything. The views of the lake are very pretty.

I had a very, very good rest~!!! It was a cold winter for 6 people, but it was so nice to make memories. If you're planning to use it, take turns when showering~! It's a tank type, so the boiler needs time to boil the water.

A trip with four high school sweethearts It's been a lot of time, but I want to thank you for the beautiful and peaceful scenery that gave me the time to go back to that time. The quiet and pleasant atmosphere, the valley in front of the accommodation was a very suitable environment for healing, and it was the best accommodation with plenty of things to do with good people such as barbecue facilities and board games.

We had a really cozy and peaceful stay. It was a precious experience to experience rural life not too far from Seoul. The host is operating the cafe right behind it, but the coffee was delicious and the atmosphere was the best. Best of all, we had a campfire in the yard and a campfire at night watching the stars. My 5 year old son who went with me is talking about a bonfire even when he comes home. Also, it was not far from Eupne, so it was really an advantage to be able to deliver food. Thank you.

The owner was very kind and I went with my dog, and he really liked it. There was also a valley right in front, so I had fun with the puppy. There were many benches to sit on, and the sound of the water right in front was peaceful:) The garden was also spacious, so I had fun running around.
