'Het Steenuiltje' a beautiful stay in Twente.

This spacious vacation home is located about 1.5 kilometers outside the Twente village of Wierden. The house features a spacious kitchen with an open access to the living room. There are 2 bedrooms. In the living room, there is a sofa bed, which can be converted into 2 separate beds. There is a spacious bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. The vacation home is attached to the host's house. The gardens are well separated from each other. There is plenty of privacy. There is also free parking.

Nice place on the edge of the forest and near village!

Welkom bij ‘B ‘t Oale Spoor’, op onze fijne plek direct aan de rand van de Sallandse Heuvelrug in het het gezellige dorp Hellendoorn! Achter in de tuin staat ons gastenverblijf met prive tuin, woonkamer, pantry-keukentje, badkamer/toilet, slaapkamer met 2-p bed en slaapzoldertje met 2 bedden boven de keuken. Het centrum en station is op loopafstand. Maar we wonen ook heerlijk vrij, direct aan het bos en Pieterpad. 2025 volledig gerenoveerd! Permanent verblijf is helaas niet toegestaan.

Het Voorhuis van onze rijksmonumentale boerderij is gerenoveerd tot een volledig luxe suite met eigen voorzieningen. De originele details, zoals de hoge plafonds, de bedstee wanden en zelfs een originele bedstee waar je in kan slapen, zijn behouden. Maar liefst 65m2 met een eigen keuken, ruime woonkamer en aparte slaapkamer met vrijstaand bad. Toilet en ruime inloopdouche. Met de optie om, tegen extra kosten, gebruik te maken van de hottub, sauna en buitendouche kom je heerlijk tot rust

In one of the quietest places in the Netherlands, you will find our completely refurbished bakery. From the yard, walk into the endless German forests or explore the area by bicycle. Beautiful places such as Ootmarsum, Hardenberg and Gramsbergen are close by, but there is also plenty to see across the border. The kitchen is fully furnished and the private terrace has a comfortable seat, barbecue, sun loungers and parasol. A luxury breakfast is available on request for €20 per person.

Still, it is easy to reach many nice destinations in the neighbouring country of Holland as well as in the Westfalian area around Münster with its countless castles and its beautiful landscape.

Nature lovers, take note! Relax in our vacation home, beautifully located in the middle of nature. The cottage has two cozy bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed and the other with bunk beds. The spacious bathroom is full of comforts and the kitchen (with Nespresso coffee machine) is fully equipped. The beautiful location of our vacation home offers an abundance of peace and space. Relax on the spacious terrace and enjoy the surroundings around you.

Unwind at this serene, secluded escape. Our Steel House, elevated on stilts, offers privacy and a rare connection with nature. Relax in the sauna for a peaceful retreat. Relax and unwind completely in this stylishly furnished chalet. In the evening, after you have enjoyed the beautiful nature of the Salland hills, you can enjoy the wood-fired hot tub. A bathrobe and towel with washcloth are provided as well as the wood for the hot tub. And if you are in for a little more action, the amusement park is within cycling/walking distance. As well as the charming town of Hellendoorn with its nice shops and terraces.

Breakfast possible after contact. The cottage has its own terrace with a fenced garden where you can enjoy the beautiful free view over the meadows in peace and quiet. Also there is a cobb BBQ available to prepare a nice meal outside in good weather.
