Welcome to ‘’B ’t Oale Spoor’’, located in a lovely spot right on the edge of the Sallandse Heuvelrug in the charming village of Hellendoorn! At the back of the garden is our guest house with a private garden, living room, kitchenette with pantry, bathroom/toilet, bedroom with a double bed, a loft bedroom with two beds above the kitchen, and one bed in a mezzanine bedroom. Downtown and station are within walking distance. But we also live wonderfully free, directly on the forest and Pieterpad. Also take a look at Vakantieinhellendoorn or bedandbreakfast.

(North) The boats can be rented from the neighbors and the beautiful bridges can be found only a 6-minute walk away. This is where Giethoorn originated, and the oldest cottages line the path. Without crowds of tourists. (They’re in Giethoorn Zuid.) Here, you can still enjoy the wonderful tranquillity and beauty of the historic village of Giethoorn. The vacation home is located in a small-scale quiet vacation park, this park is located on a large swimming lake with many hiking and biking routes. It is a quiet park, where people also come for their peace and not to party. The house has a large garden with complete privacy, with a fireplace and a pizza oven. In short, a perfect place to enjoy!

Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Het Goede Gemoed; "Afterwards and yet close". Good cozy restaurants are plentiful and also grabbing a movie is done in no time.

Plezier met het hele gezin in deze stijlvolle vakantiewoning. Midden in het bos staat ons heerlijke, gezellige familiehuis. Van alle gemakken voorzien, met 3 ruime slaapkamers met heerlijke bedden, keuken met kookeiland, sfeervolle woonkamer met TV / Wii, houtkachel en hele ruime tuin. Met bbq, vuurkorf en gezellige vuurplaats om fikkie te steken. Op het park zelf is een zwembad, speeltuin en een tennisbaan. Let op dit park is een stilte park. Na 22:00 geen geluid meer!
