Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. NOTE, washing machine is missing. Guests needs to bring own bed linen and towels. Access to a hot bath (39 degrees Celsius) all year round with circulation for purification. Use of a rowboat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoking-free and pet-free! ATTENTION, not for partying groups!

The cottage is right on the beach of Stora Sinnern, one of the few genuine spring-fed lakes that remain untouched with a maximum depth of 25 meters. The cottage is located on the tip of a headland in the middle of the lake surrounded by beautiful cliffs. The plot has a sunny position all day from early morning to late evening. The house has 4 good beds, a fireplace, and a glazed veranda. Bathing dock just outside. This is a unique opportunity for those who want to experience a natural accommodation by a lake in Småland!

The property is a former dairy from 1898, completely renovated to a high standard. 5 bedrooms with a total of 13 existing beds. Guests need to bring own bed linen and towels. The property is non-smoking. Well-behaved pets are welcome. Rental weekly Monday-Sunday. Check-in Monday 3 pm/Check-out Sunday 12 noon. Please note, possible booking options are 6, 13, 20, 27 nights. Cozy and peacefully located cottage in the middle of nature. Private located away from the main road and next to a stream where you can cool off on hot summer days. Woods are just around the corner with plenty to explore. Limited wifi so a place to detox from the modern world. For swimming there are several options avaliable, Boasjö or Alsterbro, or in the spring just outside the cottage. Trips in the surroundings can include Astrid Lindgrens värld, Kalmar slott, mini golf, SUP, Kayak etc.

The cottage has a kitchen and living room with fireplace. In the sleeping cabin you can sleep total of 6 people. One 160’ and one 80’ bed/room. Enjoy hot showers outside! We love pets, so your four-legged friends are welcome.

We have found our dream house and would like to share it with you! Completely renovated with love and an eye for detail, so you can feel at home. The perfect starting point to explore Småland, Öland and the glass kingdom. Our house is located in the middle of the forest and yet only 3 km from the small town of Högsby, where you will find all the things you need every day. The house is suitable for 4-5 people and up to two dogs are welcome. Discover Småland from its most beautiful side.

Top Location! Charming wooden house in the forest

Situated in a beautiful and quietly nature reserve you will find this spacious charming wooden house. The path behind the house (400 meters) leads to a beautiful large lake where you can use a rowing boat and you can do fishing. Most amenities (supermarkets, railwaystation) can be found in Högsby or Blomstermåla. We have no facilities for baby's up to 2 years of age. So if you like to stay in our house with a baby, please bring your own facilities and take care of the safety yourself.

Charming cottage in the middle of the forest

My place is tucked away in the middle of the Mjösebo forest. Relax and unwind in the clean forest air, and venture out and explore either by foot or the provided bicycles. Wildlife sightings of moose, deer, and rabbit are common, and from summer to early autumn there are a variety of wild berries and mushrooms to gather. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the location, the views. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets).

Inside, there’s a kitchen, a bedroom with a bunk bed (bottom bunk doubles as a bed for two), and a loft. Nestled near the forest and a beautiful lake, it’s ideal for walks, swims, and relaxation. Typical Swedish vacation home, Stuga - Smaland

I rent out a small cottage in Smaland (36495 Älghult). It is only a few hundred meters from the lake where there is a beautiful, child-friendly swimming area. Fishing is also possible in this and other nearby lakes. There is only one other house across the street, but it is only inhabited in summer. The house is about 50 m² and sleeps 4 people (2 double beds). It is lovingly decorated, we live in it ourselves!
